The focus was on the beef feedlot and beef processing industry globally and broken down into key commercial beef-producing countries. Data was provided in a user-friendly Excel format with historical growth rates and trends calculated.
Beef industry metrics included:
- Number of cattle slaughtered;
- Number of cattle on feed;
- Number of feedlots by size;
- Number of beef processors by size.
